This is special product to fabricate Pre Engineered Building Beams. This machine can handle all PEB H Beam Welding Machine weld the beams in Horizontal position, dual torch simultaneous welding. This machine is built with minimum beam width of 150mm to maximum of 2100mm and thickness from 4 mm to 25mm range.

Pre-engineered buildings predominantly have combination of parallel and tapered configuration of
I-shaped structure. As these, I - shaped structures are non-standard as rolled sections, hence fabricated by
welding of two flanges and a web together. Assembled in site by way of bolted connections, thus the entire
frames of pre-engineered buildings are produced.
Automatic and Semi-automatic Beam welding modules are used to produce PEB beam structures on high
volume with repetitive quality. Beam line consist of Flange Splice Welder, Assembly + Tack Welder,
Pull Through Welder (PTW) and all these three welding stations are connected by way of conveyors to move
loose plates as flanges and web from one station to another without the need for a crane and welded beamsout of PTW.
